It is used for the collection, transport, and processing of contaminated materials and products. Due to their colour, they are easily recognisable to healthcare personnel, which facilitates their use and processing.
It has a steam process indicator that turns dark once sterilization is complete. The international biohazard symbol is also included on the bag, allowing for easy interpretation of its intended use.
The thick seal at the bottom gives the bag impeccable resistance to tearing and rupture, preventing the risk of leaks.
