Coffee Pouches

We understand the value of a freshly roasted coffee bean, which is why we have applied our best technology to the design of our coffee pouches. Our coffee packaging products are made with specialized materials that prevent oxidation and maintain the flavor and properties of the coffee, whether ground, roasted, or in whole beans.

Maintaining the aroma and particular flavours of coffee beans without compromising on attractive packaging is our priority. To achieve this, we recommend our aluminum pouches or the ones paper pouches with a metallized PET layer.

Regarding the design, you can choose from a wide variety of formats, from the well-known doypack to back-seam pouches, ideal for coffee preservation. Our coffee packaging is available in 5 standardized sizes, ranging from 100 ml to 1 liter.

Thanks to the degassing valve, which we recommend and include as an option in our standard finishes, the exterior and interior pressure are perfectly balanced. When freshly roasted beans are packaged, the valve allows the released gases to escape while preventing oxygen from entering, thereby stopping coffee degradation and ensuring the valve closes completely once the product stabilizes.

Our product is ideal for small producers, as we specialise in producing packaging for small runs. We have a system of digital printing which will allow you to customise the packaging to your liking with the highest quality. This way, you can customise your coffee bags as you wish, even changing inks and colours every few units without increasing costs.

Our rotary presses are also prepared for large print runs, in which case we would customise your coffee packaging using flexography, achieving the highest quality at the lowest possible cost.
